Crack Whore Valarie Simmons

8 year old Valarie Randle Simmons of St. Petersburg, Florida choked down two crack rocks before being arrested for selling sex while HIV positive and tampering with evidence for eating her crack.

Police say she has known of her HIV status since 2005 and has been convicted of prostitution twice.
